Buying a Domain Name
Please read carefully and make sure you understand these terms before purchasing or making an offer for a domain name on the site.
Sales on the site are for domain names only and no content is offered unless otherwise implicitly stated.
Domain names are for sale either with a buy now price, which you can pay for using paypal. You can also contact us with offers and to pay by escrow methods also.
We will try and respond to all offers, but if your offer is far too low and we are very busy you can consider your offer rejected if no response is made within 10 days.
All sales are final, and we will enforce this with legal means if necessary. We will always work to find a solution to financing issues, in extreme circumstances, although this is at our discretion.
Offers
All offers and counter-offers on the site are valid for 10 days, unless by explicit written agreement from both parties. Once an offer is accepted the domain is sold. This is final.
